This page explains exactly what Rograde stores about you, why it is stored, and how to get rid of it. It describes what the site actually does — not what a template says it might do.
Who runs this site
Rograde is an independent project operated by a private individual, not a company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Roblox Corporation in any way. For anything in this document, write to the site administrator through the contacts in the footer.
What we collect
When you sign in with Roblox. Your public Roblox user ID, username, display name and avatar picture. During sign-in we read your profile description once, only to check that the confirmation code we showed you is there. We do not store the description itself. We never ask for and never receive your Roblox password.
When you sign in with Google. Your Google account identifier, your email address and your public name and profile picture, as provided by Google. We use the email to recognise you on your next visit and nothing else — we do not send marketing to it and do not pass it on. We never see your Google password.
If you link Discord. Your Discord ID, username and avatar. Used to unlock chat and rains, since those features require a linked account to limit abuse.
What you do on the site. Balance, items in your inventory, upgrades and case openings with their results and provably-fair seeds, deposits and withdrawal requests, referral links and payouts, chat messages.
Technical data. Your IP address, used for rate limiting and kept in server logs. Two cookies: one that keeps you signed in, one that protects forms from cross-site requests. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and there are no third-party trackers on the site.
A picture you upload. If you set your own avatar, the image is resized in your browser to 160×160 and stored on the server as a file. Uploading is entirely optional, and you can remove the picture at any time from your profile — the file is deleted from disk immediately.
Who else sees it
Your public username, avatar and your wins appear in the live drops feed, the leaderboards and the chat — that is the point of those features. Your email address, your Discord ID and your IP address are never shown to other players.
Data leaves the server only towards the services that make the site work:
- Roblox public API — to look up usernames, item prices and gamepasses.
- Google — only during sign-in, to confirm the account is yours.
- Discord — only when you link an account.
- Alwaysdata — the hosting provider, whose servers the site runs on.
We do not sell data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not hand it to anyone else.
How long it is kept
Account data is kept while the account exists. Sign-in sessions expire on their own. Server logs are short-lived and rotate as the host overwrites them.
Deleting your data
Write to the administrator and ask for your account to be deleted. It is removed together with the inventory, the history and the uploaded picture. Records of completed payments may be kept where needed to resolve a dispute over a specific transaction.
Age
The site is not intended for children. If you are under the age at which you can legally agree to this on your own, do not use Rograde.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Substantial changes will be announced on the site.
